Mini Seven 1.3 2001

This Mini is one of the last 300 of the 2001 Rover Mini’s made.

The Restoration Process

First, Zippy’s ancillary items including the engine and its components, gearbox, doors, windows, electrics and interior trim were removed ready for panel shop work. Then the engine block, sub-frames and other mechanical parts have been stripped down and refurbished.

Next Zippy went off to our panel shop to have a new boot floor fitted, complete new floor assembly, inner wheel arches, and rear wing panels restored/sympathetically replaced. Zippy also had new front wings, scuttle panel, and front panel.

Zippy finally went to our paint shop and was reassembled.
