When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added once you have either logged into your account if you are an existing customer, or you enter your postcode and county into the shipping calculator on the cart page. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability, and will also depend on the time at which the order is placed. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery should be between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
Classic Motor Cars will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one parcel to ensure your order is transported in the fastest and most efficient manner.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Classic Motor Cars shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from date of invoice for a refund (excluding delivery charges) The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and safe return of the goods.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received and assessed by our warehouse. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.
A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
