Trainee Workshop Manager

We have an opportunity for a hands-on trainee workshop manager. This roll could be your chance to progress your career and move into a managerial role. By its very nature this role will involve a wide variety of duties and it will vary on a daily basis from supervision and the administration of individual projects and repairs to estimating and customer contact. Full training will be given and you will gain experience in working within a business recognised within our sector as one of the most efficient and organised classic car specialist.
You will hold a recognised relevant qualification, have a solid background either within the industry or a related sector. The ability to think and plan ahead is essential and a flexible approach will be required. In return you will work within a well organised structured team with good processes and support in place to ensure you can achieve your potential.
