We have an opportunity for a hands-on fully qualified senior technician who has a depth and breadth of experience, not only technical but also including supervision, estimating and quality control. By its very nature this role will involve a wide variety of duties and it will vary on a daily basis from being purely productive to assisting with the supervision and the administration of individual projects and repairs. We are looking for flexible, agile thinkers who can prove a track record of problem solving, planning and supervising of individual colleagues. It goes without saying that the successful candidate will be technically skilled with complete knowledge of their subject and every aspect of vehicle construction and repair.
You will hold a recognised relevant qualification, have a solid background either within the industry or a related sector and be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines and fixed time scales whilst producing the very highest standard of work. The ability to think and plan ahead, managing your individual jobs within the agreed work schedule is essential and a flexible approach will be required. In return you will work within a well organised structured team with good processes and support in place to ensure you can achieve your potential.
