We have been making aluminium bonnets for the XK since 2002, and they are proving to be as popular as ever. Every bonnet is manufactured to the correct Jaguar specification and includes bracings and brackets making the bonnet ready to bolt on.

If you bring your car to us, we can fit and gap the bonnet to achieve a perfect fit. If the bonnet is supplied ex-works for fitting off site, you will have to be prepared for some tweaking and altering to the edges in order to achieve the correct fit. When Jaguar manufactured the XKs, the bonnets were built to a specific body and had the body number stamped into the grille aperture so that they did not get mixed up on the production line. Therefore if you swap a bonnet from one XK onto another, they will not fit correctly. So, please do not expect our bonnets to immediately drop into place.
