Original Triplex/Pilkington windscreens now available.

With our experience of restoring early E Types we noticed that the original windscreens were a slightly different shape to the current windscreens available especially at the top corner where the screen pillar chrome attaches.

We commissioned Pilkington to produce a new tool to manufacture a new screen just to our specification. These windscreens fit the Series 1 and 2 E Type perfectly, the chrome screen cappings fit without the need to pack the corner full of rubber sealant, this saves time and money not to mention possible future leaks.
